Administrative Assistant role supporting a Scientific Evidence & Policy Research department at Johnson & Johnson. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general administrative support for leadership and associates. What you'd actually do

  1. Calendar coordination, including scheduling and arranging meetings with internal and external partners
  2. Maintaining calendars for VP and Sr. Leadership Team
  3. Coordinating conference room space
  4. Handling large group meetings and workshops (20-200 attendees), meetings/training sessions/workshops and Town Hall meetings, including location bookings, contracts, A/V services, meal and room services, guest support
  5. Coordinating travel arrangements (Domestic / International)

Skills

Required

  • Completion of a high school diploma
  • A minimum of four (4) years of administration experience
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficiency in utilizing and innovating on current technology platforms, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, World, Concur, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams/Zoom, Global Connect, Workday, Our Source, eMarketplace
  • Ability to use good judgment and work independently, under minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills
