Seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive support to a Vice President or higher within OCI, focusing on communication, organization, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing materials, tracking initiatives, managing travel and expenses, and assisting with program and event management. Requires strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high degree of discretion and organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage multiple executive calendars, priorities, and communications with precision and confidentiality.
  2. Prepare meeting materials and briefings for internal and external engagements.
  3. Track key initiatives and organizational goals, ensuring follow-through and alignment.
  4. Manage travel, expenses, and budget tracking efficiently.
  5. Help with planning and content coordination for employee-facing events, external sessions, and team off-sites.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Proven project management skills
