Seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Marketing, Channel and Lifecycle Mgmt., Neuroscience (CAPLYTA), Director of Marketing, CAPLYTA, and Sr. Director Channel Strategy in Titusville, NJ. This hybrid role involves managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, organizing meetings, preparing confidential correspondence, and maintaining SharePoint information. Requires a minimum of 6 years of administrative support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What you'd actually do

  1. Handle complex and changeable calendars, manage and prioritize high volume of meeting requests and scheduling tasks, make complex domestic and international travel arrangements, and manage expense reports.
  2. Independently organize large internal department meetings onsite or offsite.
  3. Actively stay informed of company policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the department and provide guidance of such applicable staff with relevant reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines.
  4. Prepare and edit organizational charts, maintain SharePoint information, and upload/update files as appropriate.
  5. Provide strong collaboration and teamwork skills while working with the Oncology Administrative Team as well as other administrative staff to accomplish departmental activities and cohesiveness to the department.
