This role provides high-level administrative support to the President and Senior Leadership Team at John Deere Financial, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive information, and supporting strategic initiatives. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide high-level executive support to the President and select Senior Leadership Team members, managing complex calendars with full authority to prioritize, accept, and decline engagements
  2. Anticipate executive needs and proactively prepare briefings, materials, and meeting agendas
  3. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  4. Provides meeting & Board support. Coordinates executive-level meetings, leadership forums, and board-related activities; develops and organizes presentations, communications, and materials for internal and external audiences
  5. Manage highly sensitive information and leadership matters with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP, SVP, President, or equivalent)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and independently prioritize, make decisions, and respond on behalf of an executive leader
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with executive presence
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to maintain multiple calendars and schedules
