Senior Administrative Associate, Repair Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing the repair process of aircraft components, coordinating with vendors for repair and overhaul services, processing quotes, and ensuring they align with contractual agreements. The position involves following up on repair orders, managing past-due items, and communicating with vendors regarding status and action plans.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for reviewing and processing quotes in Aeroxchange for components within the area of responsibility.
  2. Ensure repair quotes fall in line with the contractual agreement.
  3. Review mismatch voucher report and correct repair orders (RO) as required to clear items.
  4. Communicate regularly with vendors regarding repair order status and action plans for products exceeding promised delivery dates or schedules.
  5. Follow up on the Aging RO Report for past due ROs.

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience in aircraft materials/component repair cycle, and/or general Finance and Accounting knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new skills.
  • Professionalism, team-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to organize/prioritize workload.
  • Attention to Detail

Nice to have

  • Previous MIPS, Maintenix, and Airline inventory experience preferred, but not critical for success.
  • Knowledge of the Aircraft Materials mission statement and purpose.
