Senior Ads Measurement Lead for Reddit's Mobile App advertisers, focusing on strategy, execution, and client consultation to drive business growth and optimize advertising performance on the platform. This role involves deep expertise in various measurement types, experimentation, and collaboration with sales, product, and client analytics teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Daily responsibilities will span advertising measurement execution, measurement strategy, client consultation at scale, while working closely with Reddit’s sales, product, and product marketing teams
  2. Leverage measurement results to drive business growth for our App-focused clients - developing benchmarks, media & creative best practices, and refinement/optimization to audience and targeting strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Co-develop Reddit best practices - work and consult across a breadth of clients and measurement types including mobile measurement attribution, brand lift, conversion/sales lift, multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
  4. Work with internal stakeholders (Product, PMM, GTM, Sales Leads) as well as advertisers’ internal analytics teams to understand methodologies and consult with clients on their impact on Reddit.
  5. Support our go-to-market teams with your measurement expertise, industry knowledge, and insights.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising or analytics at a research vendor, measurement company, social media platform, media owner, client or agency partner
  • at least 1 of those years working in digital advertising
  • Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix modelling (MMM)
  • Knowledge of North America Measurement solutions and norms
  • A knowledge of experimentation and familiarity with the underlying statistical methods
  • A strong background in the execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research
  • Experience working closely with and developing relationships with analytics professionals at advertisers and advertising agencies
  • Experience working at scale, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • A working knowledge of advertising technology, including ad serving, targeting, optimization and relevant data flows
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
