What you'd actually do

  1. Single point of responsibility for technical delivery of the project within specified scope, schedule and expected quality. Responsible for all official technical communication with internal and external stakeholders with regards to project matters.
  2. Identify right skill sets resource, plan activities as per detailed engineering plan and coordinate all team members for all disciplines and sites. Establish professional relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a single point contact for customer
  3. Keep tap on Plan vs. Actual progress and timely highlight technical risks & mitigations. Participate actively & full time in all project phases: planning, Kick Off, onboarding, built/test/go-live/ post go-live support
  4. Equipment list selection, system architecture, Hardware & software – review and approval. Ensure effective design review by equipment SMEs in Honeywell and customer organization
  5. Data Collection Template (DCT) fill in (OEM data & historian tag names), failure/maintenance history – coordination and review. Coordination of IT/Cyber related tasks like Data integration, plant historian, Cloud historian collector, SAP interfaces, etc.

  • Extensive experience in industrial software engineering area
  • Competent to drive all technical deliverables (KOM, data gaps, model configuration, training, UAT/prototype, Go-Live, documentation comments, etc.) and technical discussions.
  • Process/Equipment physics based / 1st principle modeling
  • IT/Digital integration experience
  • BI, Python & other programming languages advanced skills
  • Machine learning, predictive analytics and statistical analysis advanced competencies
