Required

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of technology consulting experience using Microsoft AI solutions (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry) or equivalent products
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end
  • Experience in a consulting business
  • Fluent Japanese communication
  • Business-level English communication

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications in Cloud/AI (AI-102, AZ-204, AZ-305, DP-600, etc.)
  • Business communication in English
  • Implementation and operational experience in Generative AI / LLM / AI agent projects
  • AI application development using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.
  • Negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial insight, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in reusing IP and creating new IP
