Senior AI Enablement Specialist

This role focuses on enabling internal teams with AI by identifying use cases, building POCs, managing the AI stack operations, standardizing processes, and monitoring performance. It bridges strategic AI innovation with technical AI operations, acting as a "scrappy builder" to turn complexity into automated excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. AI Use Case Identification: Identify the internal AI use cases that drive the most value
  2. Proof of Efficacy: Build and deploy POCs independently to demonstrate ROI before scaling.
  3. Business Partnership Coordinate AI project execution across teams (Talent, Support, Sales, Go-To-Market) to ensure critical initiatives move forward.
  4. AI Stack Operations: Ensure that the enterprise AI stack is delivering maximum value to the business: managing models, performance tuning, token management
  5. AI Process Standardization: Build consistent AI processes that enable the business to meet its objectives (e.g. prompt libraries, system approvals)

Skills

Required

  • Practical, hands-on experience with the modern AI stack (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Vector DBs)
  • Experienced with LangChain, or similar agentic frameworks
  • Prompt Flow, Vector Databases, and API integration
  • Ability to build performance and cost-tracking dashboards (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
