This role is for a Senior AI Marketing Producer within Google's Media AI Lab, focusing on accelerating AI solutions for marketing. The producer will manage creative operations for Search campaigns, translate marketing needs into production plans, and act as an early tester for new agentic workflows. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure creative deliverables meet guidelines and measuring the impact of production efforts. While the role utilizes AI tools and tests agentic workflows, its core function is marketing production and operations, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partners with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to define creative requirements and aligns product area guidelines/specifications for Search campaigns.
  2. Lead the production cycle for all assets (text and statics using asset studio+ and videos/other with smartly /other approved self-service solutions), establishing workback plans and ensuring execution within budget.
  3. Collaborate with m.AI Lab colleagues to identify gaps where current tools (like asset studio+) need innovation and acts as an early tester for new agentic workflows.
  4. Serves as the final gatekeeper for all creative deliverables, ensuring they adhere to Search product area guidelines and principles. Build the playbook to scale the role to other product area.
  5. Collaborate with global process owner (GPO), PMMs and Measurement teams to measure the impact of the central production team for efficiency and business growth.
