Senior Analyst - Compensation & People Analytics

This role focuses on developing and scaling compensation programs and contributing to people analytics efforts within a fintech company. The Senior Analyst will partner with leaders to ensure compensation practices align with business objectives, conduct market analyses, and leverage data to generate workforce insights. Responsibilities include advising on compensation decisions, supporting program evolution, educating employees, and leading people analytics strategy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with our recruiting, people partner & finance teams acting as a trusted advisor.
  2. Advise senior leaders on compensation decisioning balancing business needs with alignment to our compensation philosophy & pay equity principles.
  3. Support & evolve our compensation programs, such as our annual merit cycle, market analyses, and off-cycle review ensuring they are efficient, thoughtful and effective.
  4. Influence leadership to think critically about pay and equity
  5. Lead efforts to educate Mercury employees (both managers and ICs) on our compensation philosophy, ensuring appropriate transparency
