**What You Will Do ***
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
- Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
What You Will Learn
- Advanced React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
- Modern frontend architecture and state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Best practices in component-driven development and design systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Performance tuning and web vitals optimization
- Collaboration in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
**Qualifications You Must Have ***
- 4–7 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Next.js or other React frameworks
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Experience with UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS
- Understanding of micro-frontend architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
