You’ll join the Music Publishing Deal Analysis team within FP&A, where we partner closely with Licensing, Legal, and Finance to shape the economics behind Spotify’s music business. This team plays a key role in evaluating and structuring publishing deals that support creators while ensuring long-term sustainability for Spotify. You’ll work at the intersection of music, data, and strategy, helping translate complex agreements into clear financial insights that guide decision-making.

The United States base range for this position is 90521- 129316 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
