Senior Analyst, Investments

This role is for a Senior Analyst, Investments at an AI infrastructure company focused on energy and compute. The analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, capital raising support, executive reporting, performance analysis, and underwriting customer contracts for data center developments and investments. The role requires advanced Excel skills, experience in real estate investment or infrastructure finance, and strong communication abilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, maintain, and stress-test sophisticated financial models for data center developments and investments across the full project lifecycle, from greenfield underwriting to exit.
  2. Support corporate capital efforts by preparing financial model components for roadshow decks, managing investor data rooms, and executing closing models.
  3. Own the preparation of investment reporting materials for internal leadership, the Board of Directors, and external institutional JV partners.
  4. Track active development projects, providing budget vs. actual analysis, milestone tracking, and variance commentary to keep projects on course.
  5. Develop underwriting models for cloud and hyperscale customer contracts, conducting deep-dive revenue, COGS, and return analysis at the asset level.

Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years in real estate investment, corporate development, or infrastructure finance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Elite slide/deck skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering)
