Salesforce is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Recruiting Data Analytics team. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights and strategic consulting to the Recruiting Organization, leveraging Salesforce's technology stack to evolve insight delivery beyond traditional BI. The analyst will support and develop self-service dashboards and agentic/conversational analytics products for workforce planning and recruiting platforms. Responsibilities include applying data to solve complex problems, managing Tableau dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, adapting to changing priorities, and automating manual processes. Requirements include 3+ years of experience in data analytics, intermediate SQL, Tableau experience, and basic Python proficiency.

Skills
