Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation role focused on designing and developing compensation programs to drive seller performance and align with company strategy. Requires strong analytical skills, understanding of sales compensation principles, and ability to build and evaluate analytical models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design simple, effective, and market aligned sales compensation plans including defining performance measures, calculation mechanics, payout curves, and quotas
  2. Develop accurate, scalable analytical models to evaluate compensation design scenarios, conduct sensitivity analysis, forecast financial impact, and identify areas of risk
  3. Evaluate incentive effectiveness, identifying whether plans drive intended behaviors and outcomes
  4. Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize plan structures considering job content, sales strategy, and sales motions
  5. Execute assigned deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness; clearly communicate risks, blockers, or deadline challenges.
