This role is for a Senior Analyst on the Sales Strategy & Operations team at Okta, focusing on the APJ/ANZ region. The primary responsibility is to act as a strategic co-pilot to Sales Leadership, identifying and removing friction in the sales process, driving business insights, and orchestrating cross-functional efforts. A key aspect of the role is to lead the integration of AI and Agentic AI workflows into the Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack to automate tasks and provide predictive insights, optimizing the use of tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Clari. The role requires a strong understanding of SaaS business models, GTM metrics, and an AI-first mindset for applying LLMs and Agentic AI to business operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with ANZ Sales Leadership to identify and dismantle friction in the sales process.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, providing the insights, territory planning, and quota structures that empower leaders to hit their targets with precision.
  3. Work across Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure we are leveraging the full weight of the Okta functions.
  4. Lead the annual planning process for the sales organization, architecting headcount, territory design, quota planning, pipeline targets that reflect our ambitious growth trajectory.
  5. You will lead the charge in integrating AI and Agentic AI workflows into our GTM tech stack to automate mundane tasks and provide predictive insights for Marketing and Sales.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • at least 3 years in a high-intensity analytical role (Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance)
  • AI-first thinker—you understand how LLMs and Agentic AI can be applied to business operations to drive 10x efficiency
  • Proficient in the GTM Tech Stack (Salesforce, Clari, Tableau)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM metrics (LTV, CAC, cARR), and the mechanics of a high-growth sales cycle
