Senior Android Engineer responsible for building and maintaining the end-to-end air shopping journey on mobile, integrating AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve customer experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across a diverse device ecosystem.
  2. Lead end‑to‑end feature delivery, including low‑level design, API design, and data modeling for mobile features and services that integrate with backend systems and shared platforms.
  3. Collaborate with product, design, and cross‑functional engineering teams to define technical approaches, refine requirements, and deliver high‑quality customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
  4. Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing strategies, continuous integration, and adherence to engineering best practices for Android development.
  5. Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
  6. Enhance observability, performance monitoring, and incident resolution for Android applications, contributing to operational excellence and reusable patterns across multiple product areas.
