What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions for Amazon Health organization, including Amazon Pharmacy and One Medical
  2. Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Visual Language Models (VLMs)
  3. Optimize and fine-tune models for production deployment, including model distillation for improved latency

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical solutions into tangible customer benefits

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
  • Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
  • Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

Nice to have

  • Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
