This role supports the Sales Enablement team by creating and managing marketing resources and sales collateral for advertisers and merchants. It involves coordinating with cross-functional partners, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility, and tracking collateral usage and feedback.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and update sales collateral and marketing resources, including presentations, one-pagers, playbooks, and FAQs, to support the field.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business to gather inputs and finalize materials for enablement use.
  3. Manage the organization, accuracy, and accessibility of sales collateral, ensuring sellers have the right resources at the right time.
  4. Track collateral usage, adoption, and feedback from the field; report on key metrics to inform updates, improvements, and content prioritization.
  5. Support program management for enablement initiatives, including onboarding content, training resources, and campaign rollouts.
