What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with R&D to build and implement creative testing.
  2. Analyze tests and develop insights for improving creative assets.
  3. Ensure testing results are accurate & applicable to marketing goals
  4. Build & present results decks for creative partners
  5. Maintain & develop online research repositories.

Skills

Required

  • identify patterns/trends in customer response to creative assets
  • recognize trends/insights in quantitative data
  • autonomously manage workload & timelines for multiple projects
  • quickly learn marketing tools such as Zappi & UserTesting.com
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years work experience in creative marketing or advertising

Nice to have

  • experience creating marketing content (copy or design)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an agency or in-house team
  • At least 1 year of Copywriting and/or Design experience
  • Experience with marketing research tools such as Zappi and/or UserTesting.com
  • 1 year of experience in financial or some other highly-regulated industry
  • Proven track record in creative asset development and/or pre-market testing.
