Senior Associate, Compensation Analytics

This role focuses on compensation analytics within the fintech domain, involving analysis, benchmarking, and collaboration with data analytics and compensation consultants. It requires experience in compensation, finance, or analytics, with preferred skills in SQL, Python, and Workday.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with a team of horizontal compensation analysts to enhance compensation analytics by implementing automation and refining processes
  2. Partner with the data analytics team to create new data products and enhance existing products
  3. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to determine if pay is appropriately aligned to the external market
  4. Research and formulate recommendations for external and internal employment offers
  5. Support mid-year and year-end compensation cycles through Workday testing, budget reporting, and researching unique cases

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • 1 year of experience in Compensation, or Finance, or Analytics
  • 1 year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation, or Finance, or Analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in a client consulting
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • 1+ year of experience with Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation module
  • 1+ year of experience in SQL
  • 1+ year of experience in Python
  • 1+ year of experience with agile delivery
  • Advanced excel skills (e.g., VBA, macros, array functions)
  • Experience with benchmarking tools (MarketPay) or reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
