This role is for a Senior Associate in the Consumer & Community Banking Finance Data Ecosystem team, focusing on defining platform strategy, building data and analytics capabilities, and driving end-to-end governance and delivery execution. The role involves managing change initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring scalable platform delivery within a dynamic product organization. It requires collaboration with Product, Technology, Platforms, and Design teams to turn ambiguity into action and support senior leadership decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
  2. Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
  4. Schedule and run recurring delivery ceremonies and stakeholder meetings; publish crisp notes, actions, owners, and due dates.
  5. Establish consistent routines and artifacts for tracking progress, decisions, and outcomes (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, operating trackers).

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experience in product deployment processes.
  • Strong command of Agile delivery fundamentals and tools; especially Jira (and ideally Confluence/SharePoint).

Nice to have

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Exposure to Databricks, modern BI technologies (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Sigma) and transformation technologies like Alteryx.
  • Exposure to AI/ML product delivery or technology governance (even if not hands-on model building).
