DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for Co-Marketing to develop integrated marketing strategies for their consumer business. This role involves managing relationships with CPG brand partners, planning and executing campaigns, establishing KPIs, and analyzing data to drive growth and awareness. The position requires a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer with experience in B2C marketing and client relationship building.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the marketing relationship with our largest and most sought after CPG brand partners
  2. Manage an annual campaign calendar, ensuring planning milestones and timelines are met
  3. Establish clear KPIs and a measurement plan to achieve our shared goals
  4. Develop strategic, insights driven campaign briefs for internal creative and media teams
  5. Manage all aspects of campaign planning and execution with internal and external partners; including weekly calls, status documents, and trackers.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in B2C marketing either at a tech company, media agency, or consulting firm with experience building integrated marketing strategies and building client relationships
  • Highly collaborative operator with deep experience partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment across CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, sales, operations
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present and engage effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns; excel or sheets experience a plus
  • A creative, problem-solving mind set and you thrive in ambiguity and excel at building innovative solutions in fast-moving, resource-limited setting
