This is a Senior Associate Digital Business Representative role at Autodesk focused on managing transactional digital sales opportunities and driving KSO attainment. The role involves owning inbound and outbound sales motions, managing the full sales cycle for low-to-moderate complexity transactions, and delivering a seamless digital buying experience using CRM insights and digital signals. Responsibilities include generating and managing pipeline, closing transactional digital opportunities, achieving ACV and revenue goals, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce. The role requires fluency in English with Spanish and/or Portuguese, 2+ years of sales experience, proven ability to meet sales targets, and familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales motions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate and manage pipeline through inbound calls, sales chat, MQLs, and signal-based outbound call campaigns (abandoned carts, expired quotes, trials, ecommerce triggers, etc.)
  2. Independently close transactional digital opportunities within defined ACV targets by navigating pricing discussions and managing negotiations effectively
  3. Achieve quarterly ACV, revenue, pipeline, and new logo goals
  4. Identify upsell opportunities and apply relevant promotions
  5. Conduct structured discovery and effectively handle objections

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English in combination with either / both Spanish and Portuguese
  • 2+ years of inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience owning full sales cycle for transactional opportunities
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound digital sales motions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Automation Tools (e.g., Salesforce, HVS, Clari, Gong, Outreach,..)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience selling across phone, chat, and email channels
  • Familiarity with digital buying journeys and ecommerce-assisted sales
