What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and solve complex business problems by framing the right questions, analyzing data, and translating insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  2. Own and build critical components of the DoubleDash experience, driving initiatives end-to-end from sizing and planning through launch and iteration.
  3. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to align on priorities, navigate tradeoffs, and execute effectively.
  4. Expand scope and impact over time by taking on new problem areas and contributing to high-visibility initiatives that shape DoorDash’s marketplace strategy.
  5. Pioneer the use of AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and deliver step-change improvements in team throughput.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product ops, growth, or a similar analytical role within a marketplace or consumer technology environment
  • Deeply analytical

  • Hands-on experience designing, executing, and reading out A/B tests or experiments in a product context
