Senior Associate Experience Strategist

This role focuses on improving the associate experience within GEICO by analyzing feedback and data to design and implement practical programs and improvements. It involves cross-functional collaboration to identify pain points, test solutions, and scale successful initiatives, ultimately aiming to make work better for employees.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead or facilitate sessions to understand key employee experiences like onboarding, performance feedback, and career development.
  2. Turn associate feedback and data into clear visuals and summaries that show what’s working and what isn’t.
  3. Identify pain points and improvement opportunities, then partner with HR and business leaders to design solutions.
  4. Use surveys, focus groups, and exit data to understand experience gaps and priorities.
  5. Connect teams across HR, Technology, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and the business to align efforts that affect employee experience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, experience design, or consulting
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills
  • Experience with journey mapping, design thinking, or service design
  • Comfortable working with employee data and turning insights into clear actions
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Solid program or project management skills

Nice to have

  • advanced degree preferred
  • experience in large, complex organizations is a strong plus
