Senior Associate, French Localization Specialist

This role focuses on French localization for Capital One Canada, ensuring content is accurate, culturally resonant, and compliant with regional standards. It involves translation, revision, and review of various content types, utilizing localization tools like Trados Enterprise and having a working knowledge of generative AI technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing high-quality French translations and localization of English content, collaborating with the process team and external language service providers when required.
  2. Revising French content to ensure consistency with brand standards, editorial guidelines and guidance from legal and compliance.
  3. Reviewing French experiences to ensure alignment with the English intent and Enterprise-level requirements.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fast-evolving localization technology and industry standards.
  5. Utilizing Trados Enterprise, our Translation Management System (TMS), for receiving, completing and delivering localization work.
