This role is for a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations focused on bringing SaaS products to market for DoorDash's merchant partners. The role involves iterating on sales playbooks, product positioning, competitive analysis, direct consultative sales to merchants, onboarding, and feeding merchant feedback into the product roadmap. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, uses AI tools for leverage in their daily workflow (e.g., Claude Code), and can collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
