This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for DoorDash's consumer business, specifically targeting growth audiences and emerging local markets. It involves creating marketing playbooks, using consumer insights for messaging, leading testing of new channels, and driving cross-functional alignment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee local-first GTM marketing strategies for priority growth audiences and emerging local markets, including development of strategic briefs, leading execution across channel and on-the-ground activations, managing budgets, and guiding creative recommendations
  2. Build scalable marketing playbooks to accelerate growth in emerging local markets
  3. Use consumer insights to develop locally relevant messaging, creatives, channel strategies, and campaign goals that resonate with priority growth audiences and capture growth in emerging markets
  4. Lead the end-to-end testing and launch of new marketing channels and grassroots initiatives - setting data-driven goals, optimizing performance, and scaling successful programs to drive DoorDash customer acquisition in key local markets.
  5. Drive cross-functional alignment across workstreams by communicating progress toward goals, sharing performance results, and proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4+ years of experience as a Marketer
