This role focuses on growing DoorDash's subscription business, DashPass, by managing international partnerships, optimizing the acquisition funnel, and developing go-to-market strategies. It involves data-driven experimentation, analysis of operational and financial impacts, and collaboration with internal teams like Data Science and Engineering.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers.
  2. Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate.
  3. Partner with a variety of internal teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans.
  4. Launch in-app merchandising for campaigns backed by media and CRM.
  5. Build relationships with external partners to collaborate and optimize the customer experience to reach ambitious business goals
