Senior Associate Network Technology Support - Fixed Term

This role provides technical support for power and infrastructure in various AT&T network environments, focusing on network stability and operational excellence. Responsibilities include delivering technical solutions, advanced troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires experience in network operations, understanding of networking fundamentals, and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues. It involves a 24/7 support structure and a hybrid work model.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver technical solutions and strategic leadership for power maintenance and surveillance activities.
  2. Provide advanced troubleshooting and immediate support to resolve complex network infrastructure issues.
  3. Identify root causes of incidents, implement resolutions or workarounds, and test new processes or design changes.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including GNFO, ATS Power/Alarms, CRE/Property Management, vendors, GNOC, and other TRCs—to address business needs and shape technical strategies.
  5. Take a leadership role in projects: coordinate with Network Operations, define business/technical requirements, and prepare detailed project plans and schedules.
