What you'd actually do

  1. defining the product requirements, technical specifications, and the end-to-end delivery of the tools needed to power Customer Assist
  2. collaborate closely with large, cross-functional teams spanning engineering, business analysis, and risk
  3. help define a scalable, continuous delivery pipeline that simplifies tool creation and accelerates our path to automating customer servicing needs at scale
  4. You’ll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design
  5. You'll breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test
