This role focuses on managing and improving business processes within the Product, User and Platform Support team at Capital One, which supports commercial lending and servicing applications. What you'd actually do

  1. Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives
  2. Collecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to partners, senior leadership and executives
  3. Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities
  4. Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
  5. Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving process improvements

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • Application support knowledge or customer service experience
  • Application experience in any of the systems utilized in commercial lending and servicing
  • Customer Facing Operations experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and Jira
