Project Manager for Capital One's Community Impact and Investment team, focusing on transforming social impact initiatives. The role involves overseeing end-to-end sourcing lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, automating tracking tools, and managing philanthropic partnerships. Requires strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. You’ll develop, manage, and monitor meeting routines, project timelines, and milestones across our diverse sourcing mechanisms (Open Calls, Always-On intake, and Venture Sourcing) to ensure all deadlines are met.
  2. You’ll coordinate across cross-functional teams—including Market Engagement, GEA Intelligence, and Lines of Business (LOBs)—to align efforts, streamline workflows, and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  3. You’ll maintain and optimize a centralized project management system to track progress, updates, and dependencies for all sourcing and vetting activities, participating in agile sprints to automate and improve our tracking tools.
  4. You’ll work with early-lifecycle opportunities (like our developing Venture Sourcing pipeline), adding definition to their scope and objectives to turn them into tangible, purposeful philanthropic partnerships.
  5. You’ll leverage your project management prowess to build infrastructure and operationalize repeatable processes and procedures, establishing best practices for pipeline building.
