Senior Associate- S&g Program Manager (analyst Emerging Talent)

This role is for a Program Manager focused on developing and executing an internship program for early career talent within Capital One's Students & Grads team. The responsibilities include program planning, stakeholder management, strategy execution, intern engagement, and issue escalation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with key program stakeholders to plan and execute internship program across multiple sites and pillars of work, including project manager & mentor strategies, engagement, and process improvement
  2. Manage stakeholder relationships and influence leaders across partner groups
  3. Own cross-functional strategic execution across the broader team including, but not limited to, the overall Analyst internships performance management and project manager processes
  4. Develop and implement intern engagement strategies to help build a community that leads to retention of top talent and strengthens Capital One’s brand
  5. Handle intake for escalated associated issues, manage upkeep of issue tracker, and serve as on-first POC for associate issues

Skills

Required

  • Associate's degree or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in Program Management, Recruiting, Human Resources or Event Management or combination
  • 1 years of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources, program management, or a client-facing role
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience interpreting metrics and trends to drive data-backed decisions
  • Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
  • Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic program schedule
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
