This role supports the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Sales & Business Enablement Executive Director in executing strategic objectives and driving measurable outcomes across the CRE business. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to deliver reporting, tracking, skill-building, and sales enablement initiatives, translating data into insights and executive-ready materials. Responsibilities include executing national initiatives, delivering reporting/analytics, building partnerships, creating executive materials, analyzing market trends, and driving financial analysis and process improvement. The role requires 3+ years in Business Management, Project Management, Sales Enablement, or Chief of Staff roles within financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in productivity tools. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, data/analytics tooling, process improvement, automation, visualization tools, and exposure to generative AI tools for productivity are preferred.
