Senior Associate Sales Development Representative for the LATAM region, focused on prospecting and identifying revenue opportunities to increase productivity of Autodesk's LATAM sales teams. This role will not close sales and will be measured by pipeline creation targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Demand Generation and Account Executives to build a qualified pipeline of customers
  2. Prospect customers by leveraging outbound medium technologies to evangelize Autodesk solutions
  3. Identify target markets, develop leads and directly prospect into those accounts
  4. Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate inside sales representative
  5. Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all deals

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
  • 1+ year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or SDR/BDR role OR relevant industry experience (e.g., Construction, AEC, Manufacturing) with customer‑facing or revenue‑adjacent responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and follow‑ups
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and willingness to learn and take coaching
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • Willingness to learn sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Orum, Zoom)
