Senior Associate, Strategic Retail Partnerships

This role focuses on strategic retail partnerships and business development within DoorDash's New Verticals organization. The Senior Associate will drive growth initiatives, work with internal product teams to prioritize features, manage store rollouts, design marketing campaigns, gather consumer insights, and lead special projects to improve operational efficiency for partners. The role requires strong motivation, curiosity, strategic thinking, resourcefulness, collaboration, and ownership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Driving and leading on strategic growth initiatives for your Mx portfolio
  2. Working with internal product teams to ensure we’re prioritizing the right features for our merchants, dashers & customers
  3. Project managing the rolling out hundreds of stores across the country
  4. Designing marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers
  5. Gathering insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups
  • Business Development and/or Partnerships experience
  • Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
  • Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, SQL)

Nice to have

  • Prior investment banking, consulting experience
