Senior Associate, Vendor Manager - Fast Bank Operations (hybrid)

This role is for a Senior Associate Vendor Manager in Retail Bank Operations. Responsibilities include managing external vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, reviewing vendor invoices, optimizing vendor resources, and mitigating risk and costs. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline equipment (e.g., Ricoh Printers) and guide business divisions.
  2. Manage vendor relationships at branch/café locations, ensuring efficient onsite services and coordinating equipment logistics (installation/removal).
  3. Optimize vendor spend, manage contracts/invoices, and oversee equipment inventory.
  4. Drive simplification in supply ordering, vendor performance, and capabilities.
  5. Manage the Coupa catalog, monitor budget, and optimize vendor resources/operations to mitigate risk and reduce costs.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 3 years of Process Improvement or Project Management experience
  • At least 1 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of Process Improvement or Project Management Experience
  • At least 2 year experience working in Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, or Google Data Studio
  • PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
