Senior Auditor, Technology role responsible for performing quarterly audit engagements to identify and manage business risks. This involves participating in all phases of the audit process (planning, execution, reporting), conducting audits across various company technologies, assessing risk, and evaluating operations against policies, best practices, and legal requirements. The role also involves preparing work papers, documenting findings, recommending corrective actions, and assisting less experienced team members.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate as active members of the engagement team throughout each phase (i.e., planning, execution, and reporting).
  2. Performs thorough inquiry and data analysis to understand security and technology operations, assess risk, and develops project scope for complex process areas, leveraging business knowledge and expertise.
  3. Evaluates records, documents, methods, policies, costs, and other factors to determine if areas are conducting operations in accordance with established policies/procedures, best practices, information security frameworks, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology controls, and governmental and legal requirements.
  4. Applies appropriate audit procedures to the areas reviewed to ensure that controls are tested and all significant risks are addressed.
  5. Prepares clear and well-organized audit work papers documenting root-cause, work performed, investigation summaries, and recommendations.
