This role is for a Senior Backend Software Engineer on the Cloud Customer Experience (CCX) team at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The engineer will design, build, and scale customer-facing platforms and services for authentication, user management, billing, and resource orchestration, enabling Fortune 500 companies to use Crusoe's AI infrastructure. The role focuses on creating high-scale, reliable services and a seamless user experience for climate-aligned computing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and maintain the mission-critical services that power the Crusoe Cloud experience, including identity and access management (IAM), billing engines, and usage tracking.
  2. Partner with Product and Design teams to evaluate frameworks and build features that differentiate Crusoe Cloud, focusing on low-touch adoption and turn-key AI services.
  3. Build the underlying systems that provide scalable, reliable access to physical infrastructure resources, from initial authentication to complex resource gateways.
  4. Contribute to high-level architectural decisions that ensure the long-term maintainability, security, and reliability of our global cloud platform.
  5. Develop automation software that simplifies infrastructure deployment, enabling a seamless experience for customers scaling their AI operations.
