This role is for a Senior Benefits Manager at CoreWeave, a company that provides cloud infrastructure for AI. The manager will be responsible for the strategy, design, and administration of global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and competitiveness in the talent market. This includes managing vendor relationships, leading open enrollment, and advising leadership on benefits strategy. The role requires extensive experience in U.S. and international benefits compliance and program design.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy, design, and administration of CoreWeave's benefits programs across countries and jurisdictions.
  2. Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our programs remain compliant with local regulations while staying fiercely competitive in a fast-moving talent market.
  3. Manage vendor relationships, lead open enrollment cycles, drive global benefits benchmarking, and advise leadership on benefits strategy as we enter new markets.
  4. Operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor — comfortable moving from executive-level presentations to plan document reviews in the same afternoon.
