What you'd actually do

  1. Lead retirement strategy for Boeing union-represented populations
  2. Partner with business partners, Labor Relations, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support union negotiations, bargaining strategy, and retirement-related policy matters
  3. Recommend and provide rationale for retirement plan design changes, policy changes, and procedural updates
  4. Lead the strategic enhancement and simplification of the Retirement Experience, using employee feedback, utilization data, and business priorities to guide improvements
  5. Develop, implement, and manage onsite support frameworks that increase employee and HR knowledge of financial well-being topics
