Responsibilities include establishing bioanalytical strategy, guiding method development and validation, leading scientific teams, managing study execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires PhD, 10+ years of industry experience in bio-analysis, and experience with analytical platforms like LC-MS and ligand-binding assays. Experience with CRO partnerships and regulated bioanalytical programs is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish and drive bioanalytical strategy across multiple therapeutic modalities.
  2. Guide method development, validation, and regulated/non‑regulated study execution.
  3. Identify and implement innovative technologies, platforms, and workflows.
  4. Provide expert scientific guidance on study design, data interpretation, and regulatory expectations.
  5. Lead/manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of bioanalytical scientists.

Skills

Required

  • PhD in Bioanalysis, DMPK, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of industry experience in bio-analysis across small and large molecule modalities supporting drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies
  • Experience with analytical platforms such as LC‑MS, ligand‑binding assays, PCR‑based techniques, and flow cytometry
  • Leadership experience with scientific teams and complex portfolios

Nice to have

  • Experience overseeing CRO partnerships and regulated bioanalytical programs (GLP/GCP)
  • Strong innovation mindset with a track record of challenging and elevating legacy workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scientific influence across multidisciplinary teams
