The Senior Brand Designer, Experiential role at Synthesia, a leading AI video platform for business, focuses on shaping the company's presence in physical and digital experiential moments globally. This includes designing event presence, booths, spatial environments, signage, print assets, merchandise, and digital experiential content. The role requires strong visual craft, deep knowledge of print production, and experience translating physical-to-digital brand experiences, with a producer mindset for balancing creative ambition with feasibility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate and expand Synthesia’s brand into physical and experiential environments globally
  2. Evolve the visual design of our event presence — across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer events
  3. Design booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from design to production
  4. Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints (presentations, environments, social media posts, events web)
  5. Design for digital experiential moments (webinars, virtual events, launches)

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design
  • strong hands-on events experience
  • Multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts
  • Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences
  • Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translation
  • Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design
  • Fluent in Figma
  • ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion
  • A strong sense of ownership
  • A proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset
  • A producer mindset
  • Comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Strong communication skills
  • confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
  • Systems thinker, able to create scalable approaches for global execution
  • Comfortable working across different types of projects while keeping experiential as a core focus
  • Experience in B2B or tech environments

Nice to have

  • Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, or content creation
  • Experience in building websites in no-code tools such us Framer/Splash
  • Basic 3D modular design
  • Industrial design knowledge
