Skills

Required

  • 6–10 years of overall experience with 3–4 years in BI reporting and operations
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, reporting principles, and visualization tools (Oracle DV, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with executive-level reporting and storytelling through data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in finance domain is a plus
  • familiarity with Oracle reporting tools preferred
