What you'd actually do

  1. Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
  2. Support the translation of complex business challenges into clear, structured insights that inform decision making
  3. Produce high-quality documentation to enable effective delivery of change initiatives without prescribing solutions
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, testers and systems engineers
  5. Facilitate meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement and communication activities
  6. Evaluate solutions against business needs and recommend improvements to processes, systems or ways of working
