This role is for a Senior Business Analyst focused on Compensation and Benefits within Human Resources at Boeing. The primary responsibilities involve assessing, designing, and optimizing HR processes and technology solutions, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement integrated technology and process improvements. The role requires experience in implementing HR technology, using Workday, and understanding benefits and compensation operations. It is an onsite position with no remote work options.

  1. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and document comprehensive business and system-level requirements
  2. Collaborate with technical and application specialists and HR stakeholders to design innovative solutions that integrate technology and optimized processes, ensuring seamless implementation
  3. Utilize business expertise and technical proficiency to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements that align with business needs and industry standards
  4. Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery of a product that creates value for the company and its users
  5. Facilitate decision-making, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs and technical feasibility

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience implementing technology within Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience using Workday
  • 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, and/or International HR Operations
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts

Nice to have

  • Certification in HR-related fields or methodologies (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in product management, including defining product vision and roadmap, understanding market needs, and prioritizing features
  • Experience as a Functional Analyst, with a strong understanding of requirements gathering and system design
  • Experience documenting processes, workflows, business rules, and data flows
  • Experience with project management or relevant certification
