Senior Business Analyst - Digital Strategy

This role is for a Senior Business Analyst on the Enterprise Product and Experience (EPX) Strategy team at Capital One. The team shapes product strategy and operations for digital products and experiences across various domains including Data, Marketing Technology, and AI/ML. The analyst will develop strategies, research trends, and pilot new operating models. Responsibilities include business analysis, product modeling, marketing support, credit risk analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives. Requires a background in quantitative fields and experience in analysis, with preferred experience in statistical model building, market research, SQL, business analysis, and consulting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing a strategy for a digital product, platform, or division within Capital One
  2. Researching emerging trends and cutting-edge technologies in order to reimagine the future of work and collaboration for Capital One employees
  3. Piloting new ways to improve the Product-Tech operating model
  4. Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations
  5. Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
